Good advice for the winter

Don't let your bay tree dry out. Water it in time, even if you think it doesn't need watering (approximately once a month).
You can prune during the winter months (between November and March).
There is absolutely no sense in feeding it at this time (not until April).
As a precautionary measure you can protect the stem with some form of wrapping.
Don't bring your plant indoors unless it freezes (it can resist a bit of frost without a problem: +/- 3 to 4°C).
If you do bring your plant indoors, don't put it in a hot place near heating appliances or on underfloor heating!
You may keep the plant in a dark room. But don't forget to water it.
